Concrete, Crafted by Hand.

Polished concrete products, furniture and bespoke pieces, designed and manufactured in Europe.

For more than ten years, NEDEVDESIGN has worked with concrete, developing our own materials, casting methods and finishing techniques to create refined pieces for residential, hospitality and commercial interiors.

Today, we design and manufacture from our European workshop in Bulgaria, working with architects, interior designers, businesses and private clients across Europe, the UK and beyond.

From concrete sinks and vanities to furniture, wall panels, tiles, microcement and completely bespoke pieces, everything is designed and made in-house.

What we make

Concrete can be much more than a construction material.

We use it to create functional products, furniture and decorative pieces, combining the strength and character of concrete with the precision and finish required for contemporary interiors.

Sinks & Vanities

Our collection of polished concrete sinks includes wall-mounted and countertop designs in a range of shapes, sizes and colours.

Our standard designs can be specified as they are, or adapted for a particular project. We also develop completely bespoke basins when a project calls for something different.

Countertops

Concrete can be cast to create countertops, kitchen island panels, shelves, ledges and other large-format pieces designed around the dimensions and requirements of a space.

Pieces can be developed around existing cabinetry, plumbing and architectural details, with colour and finish selected to work alongside the rest of the interior.

Furniture

We create concrete tables, side tables, shelving and other furniture pieces, from solid cast designs to lighter constructions developed for easier handling and installation.

Each piece is made individually, with form, proportion, colour and finish considered as part of the design.

Wall Panels & Tiles

Concrete can also be used vertically.

We manufacture panels, splashbacks, tiles and other decorative elements for interiors where colour, texture and material continuity are important.

These can be produced as individual pieces or developed around the requirements of a particular space.

Bespoke & Decorative Pieces

Not everything fits into a collection.

We work on one-off pieces, sculptural objects, decorative elements and other custom designs where concrete is part of a larger interior concept.

If you have an idea that doesn't exist in our collection, we can explore how to make it.

Microcement

Seamless microcement surfaces for walls, floors, bathrooms, furniture and other interior applications, available in a range of colours.

Made for the project

Our collections provide a starting point, but many of our products can be adapted in size, colour, shape or detail.

We also develop completely bespoke pieces, working from drawings, dimensions, references or an initial idea.

Whether it is a different-sized basin, a custom countertop, a piece of furniture or something that doesn't exist yet, we can explore how to make it.

What is polished concrete?

Concrete, but not as you know it.

Polished concrete is a solid cast material that can be formed into almost any shape and then finished to reveal a smooth, refined surface.

Unlike conventional construction concrete, the concrete we use for interiors is carefully formulated for each application. It is cast into a purpose-made mould, allowed to cure, then progressively polished and sealed. The result is a material with the strength and substance of concrete, but a finish that can sit comfortably alongside timber, stone, ceramics, metals, textiles and other refined interior materials.

It is tactile, durable and naturally individual. Small variations in colour, texture and surface are part of what makes each piece unique.

Why concrete?

Concrete has qualities that make it particularly interesting for interiors:

Colour

Pigments can be incorporated into the concrete mix itself, creating small natural colour variations throughout the material rather than simply applying a surface coating.

Our standard palette includes 20 colours, from soft natural tones to deeper and more expressive shades.

Form

Because each piece is cast individually, concrete can take a wide range of shapes, proportions and details.

This makes it particularly suited to bespoke work, where a product needs to fit a specific space rather than the other way around.

Texture

Polishing reveals the character of the material and creates a smooth, tactile surface.

Depending on the mix and finish, subtle variations can remain visible, giving the material depth and individuality.

Durability

Concrete is inherently strong and, when properly formulated, cured and sealed, can be used for demanding interior applications.

We develop our materials and finishing methods with everyday use in mind.

Customisation

Dimensions, colours, shapes and details can often be adapted to suit a project.

A standard design can become a different size. Colour can be developed around another material. A completely new piece can be created from an initial drawing or idea.

Individuality

Every piece is made to order.

The small variations that come with a handmade material are not imperfections to be hidden. They are part of the finished piece.

Our concrete colours

20 colours. One material.

Our standard palette ranges from understated neutrals to richer, more expressive colours.

Because the pigment is incorporated into the concrete, colour becomes part of the material itself.

The colour of a piece can completely change how concrete feels within a space - from quiet and architectural to warm, playful or dramatic.

For projects that require something more specific, we can also work towards colours that complement tiles, stone, cabinetry, paint, wallpaper or other materials.

Made in our European workshop

From drawing to finished piece.

Every NEDEVDESIGN piece is designed and manufactured in-house.

Whether we are making one of our established designs or developing something completely new, the process gives us control over the material, construction and finish from beginning to end.

01. Design

Every project starts with dimensions, drawings and requirements. For bespoke work, we can work from architectural drawings, sketches, references or an initial idea.

02. Mould making

A dedicated mould is designed and built for the piece. This is where the final shape, dimensions and many of the details are established.

03. Casting

Our concrete mix is prepared and cast by hand. We have developed our own casting formulations and techniques over many years, adapting the material and construction to suit different products and applications.

04. Curing

The piece is allowed to cure and develop its strength before it is removed from the mould.

05. Polishing

Once cured, the surface is progressively refined to achieve the required finish. This is a hands-on process, and the final surface depends on both the material and the way it responds during polishing.

06. Sealing

The finished piece is carefully sealed and prepared for use. The sealing system and finish are selected according to the application and the demands the piece will be exposed to.

Cast. Cured. Polished. Sealed.
