Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most of our products are made to order. Lead times are shown on each product page and may vary depending on the product and finish.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order. If your country isn’t listed as an available destination, please get in touch and we’ll check the shipping options for you.

Are your basins compatible with standard plumbing?
Yes. Our basins are designed to work with standard plumbing fittings. Concrete basins require an unslotted waste.

Can I order a colour sample?
Yes. Our concrete colour samples let you see the actual material and colour in your own space and lighting before choosing your finish.

Can you make custom sizes or colours?
Yes. Many of our products can be adapted in size, colour or finish, and we also develop fully bespoke pieces for individual projects. Get in touch with your requirements and we’ll be happy to discuss what’s possible.
