Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders may require a processing period before shipment. This may include production, preparation, and packaging of the products.
Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary depending on the item purchased and our current availability. Product listings will clearly indicate whether an item is made to order or ready to ship.
Estimated delivery times refer to shipping time only and begin once the order has been dispatched.
While we aim to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to production requirements, order volume, or factors beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to selected destinations, which may change from time to time.
Available shipping destinations and options will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery time estimates vary by destination and carrier and are provided for guidance only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Pallet & Curbside Delivery (Selected Items)
Some larger or heavier items may be shipped on a pallet and delivered via curbside delivery.
Curbside delivery means that the shipment is delivered to the nearest accessible point at ground level, such as the curb, driveway, or building entrance. The delivery partner is not responsible for bringing items inside, unpacking, or installation.
Where applicable, pallet or curbside delivery will be clearly stated in the product description.
Access for Delivery
Customers are kindly asked to ensure that safe and unobstructed access is available at the delivery location at the time of delivery.
In situations where safe access is not available, the delivery partner may be unable to complete the delivery as scheduled.
If this occurs, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or any additional fees that may arise. Any redelivery or return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@nedevdesign.com within 2 days (or as soon as possible) so we can assist you.
