Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers Only)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned items, including the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties (where applicable), and any associated fees. These costs may be significant for international returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. 


2. Returns (United States and Other Non-EU/UK Customers)

For customers outside the EU and UK, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping costs (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and any associated fees. These costs may be significant for international returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


3. Return Conditions (All Customers)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Damages, Defects, and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if there is any other issue with your order, contact us immediately at info@nedevdesign.com .

We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution, which may include:

Replacement of the item, full or partial refund or other suitable resolution

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not possible for:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

- Custom or personalized products (including, but not limited to custom colours, finishes, modified dimensions or other design elements of standard designs)

- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

7. Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items are eligible for return if not excluded by statutory exceptions.

Digital gift cards: Once delivered, digital gift cards are non-refundable.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
